1. Subject of the Service

OnyxAPI provides digital tools for integrating and automating business processes, allowing the connection of third-party applications through a unified interface. The service is provided "as is," in accordance with the technical specifications published on the website.

We do not guarantee that the functionalities will cover all possible use cases or that they will be error-free. Updates and improvements are communicated through official channels.

2. User Rights and Obligations

By creating an account, the user confirms that:

• they have read and fully accept these terms;
• they will use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the documentation;
• they will not attempt to access, modify, or disrupt the OnyxAPI infrastructure without explicit authorization.

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out under their account.

3. OnyxAPI Rights and Obligations

OnyxAPI undertakes to maintain the availability of the service at a reasonable level, except during planned maintenance periods or force majeure events. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or temporarily interrupt access to certain features, with prior notice where possible.

User data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, OnyxAPI is not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of data or profits);
• damages caused by the user's improper use of the service;
• service interruptions caused by third parties (hosting providers, networks, etc.).

The total liability of OnyxAPI for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount of the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months.

5. Termination of Use

The user may terminate the use of the service at any time by deleting their account from the administration panel. OnyxAPI reserves the right to suspend or disable accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in serious cases.

After termination, user data is retained in accordance with legal timeframes and then permanently deleted, except for information necessary to fulfill tax obligations.

6. Changes to Terms

OnyxAPI may periodically update these terms. Users will be notified by email or through a notification in the service interface at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
